Overnight Oats...a simple recipe

We love this simple vanilla overnight oats recipe and then to keep it interesting we stir through different frozen fruits depending on our mood in the morning. It keeps ok for a couple of days in the fridge after making 


  • 50g Rolled Porridge Oats
  • 100 ml Oatly Oat Milk
  • 4 tbsp Coconut Collaborative Vanilla Yoghurt 
  • ½ tsp Vanilla Extract


  • Mix all together and make sure all the oats are covered with the liquids. Put into an airtight container (we used a kilner jar) and leave over night in the fridge.

We stirred frozen mango into ours, and left it to thaw in the oats, then sprinkled over flax seeds and served it with a mango and banana smoothie

There are loads of amazing recipes and combinations out there....you could try

  • raspberries with pumpkin seeds
  • peaches and chia seeds
  • cacao and banana
  • carrot and all spice
  • apple & dates with cinnamon
  • cherry & almond
  • pineapple & coconut
  • blueberry & sunflower seeds
...the options are endless
