The Role

We’re now looking for a driven and hands-on junior supply chain professional to join our passionate team and support our growth journey. This is a great opportunity for someone with an eye for detail and a love of all things supply chain, who wants to make a real impact at a fast-growing food startup.

You’ll work closely with our Operations Manager and wider team to help keep everything moving - from our factories to freezers and our customer’s front doors.

You’ll play a key role in keeping our supply chain smooth, sustainable, and supercharged

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Operations Manager across the full supply chain – from forecasting and fulfilment to logistics and reporting
  • Monitor D2C (Direct-to-Consumer) sales orders and flag any issues or stock discrepancies
  • Liaise with our external partners – including factories, warehouses, and 3PL providers – to ensure accurate and timely communication
  • Manage and track inventory for ingredients, packaging, and consumables
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, customer service and product teams to resolve any supply-related issues
  • Help identify ways to improve our processes as PACK’D continues to scale

About You

  • 1+ years’ experience in a similar role (internships and placement years welcome too!)
  • A natural problem-solver who is excited by the world of supply chain, sustainability and nutrition
  • Strong communicator - both written and verbal, with great relationship-building skills
  • Organised, calm under pressure, and detail-obsessed
  • A real team player – positive, energetic and always up for a challenge
  • Driving license and access to a car (preferred) – some factory and warehouse visits may be required
