TERMS & CONDITIONS WHEN BUYING FROM US
These are the terms and conditions ('Terms of Sale') that apply when you purchase any products ('Products') from https://shop.packd.co.uk. Please read these Terms of Sale carefully before you make a purchase through the Site. You will be asked to confirm your acceptance of these Terms of Sale whenever you place an order for Products.
We reserve the right to amend these Terms of Sale at any time and you should therefore check them each time you place an order via the Site. The Terms of Sale applying to your order will be those in place on the date that you place your order.
PLACING AN ORDER
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order for Products and must be purchasing the Products as a consumer as we only supply Products for personal and non-commercial use.
To place an order for Products please follow the instructions on the Site. You will be given the opportunity to check the details of your order before you confirm it.
When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of your order ('Order Confirmation'). The Contract between us will only be formed when we send you the Order Confirmation.
PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS, PRICES AND AVAILABILITY
Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on the Site are accurate, errors may occur. Therefore all orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.
If we discover an error in the price of any Products which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you choose to cancel your order and you have already paid for the Products, you will receive a full refund within 14 days.
If we are unable to supply you with a Product for any other reason, for example because that Product is not in stock or no longer available, we will inform you by email as soon as possible. If you have already paid for that Product, you will receive a full refund within 14 days.
Where applicable, prices are inclusive of VAT at the rate appropriate to the country of receipt.
Delivery costs will be charged in addition. Such additional charges are clearly displayed in the 'Total Cost' in the Basket.
We accept payments made by credit or debit card Visa or MasterCard. Your card will be charged or debited once the order has been accepted.
We will fulfil all orders within one working day of the order confirmation.
Delivery of an order shall be completed when we deliver the Products to the address you give us when you place your order and the Products will be your responsibility from that time. You own the Products once you have taken delivery of the Products and we have received payment for them in full, including payment of all applicable delivery charges.
Please note we do not currently accept orders from outside the UK.
REFUNDS & RETURNS
When you shop online you have the right to cancel your purchase for a full refund until 14 days after it was delivered in the EU (Consumer Contacts Regulations) and up to 30 days in the UK (Consumer Rights Act 2015) whereby you can withdraw from the contract and return your purchases to the seller.
Perishable goods such as frozen foods are not covered by these cooling-off periods, as they might not reasonably last as long as the stipulated 14-day or 30-day thresholds. We are therefore unable to accept returns or provide refunds unless they are damaged in transit.
Requests for order cancellations must be made before 11am on your Dispatch Date - see your Order Confirmation email and Order History for detail.
CHANGES TO DELIVERY WHILST GOODS IN TRANSIT
We package and dispatch goods in good faith based on information received at time of purchase. Any changes submitted to the courier after dispatch could affect the condition in which the goods are received. EG: frozen goods packaged for a 1-day transit will thaw out if the delivery date is extended after dispatch. Changes to Delivery Address usually create a 24-hour delay to delivery since the package needs to be returned to a sorting depot to be relabelled, resorted, and reallocated for delivery. Pack’d will therefore not be lliable for goods spoiled or lost due to additional delivery instructions communicated by customers to the courier after dispatch.

Please send an image of the damaged product along with your order number and an explanation of the problem. If the products are faulty through no fault of your own, we will happily replace or refund the affected item/s.
