5 Ingredient Yoghurt Kefir Bowls

Easy Kefir & Greek Yogurt Breakfast Bowl with Summer Berries

This is the kind of breakfast that feels like a little win before your day even starts. Mix kefir and yoghurt, top with PACK’D Summer berries plus a few of your favourite extras and boom – breakfast is served. It’s creamy, fruity and loaded with good-for-you-vibes… all in 5 fuss free ingredients.

Storage Tupperware or glass jars with lid in the fridge for 3 days

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup Greek yoghurt
  • 3/4 cup kefir
  • 150g PACK’D Organic Summer Berries
  • Drizzle of peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp flaked almonds, toasted

Method

Add the frozen summer berries to a non-stick pan. Cook on a medium / low heat until soft and the juice reduces. Allow to cool.

Mix the yoghurt and kefir together in a bowl.

Add the yoghurt and kefir to serving bowls. Top with summer berries, peanut butter and sliced almonds.

Option to add a drizzle of maple if you like things sweeter.
