We are unable to deliver to all of Northern Ireland, the Highland and Islands of Scotland.
Unfortunately we are also not able to deliver to the Isle of Wight or Isle of Man due to the frozen nature of our product, and those locations requiring a two day service.
WARM WEATHER
As part of our commitment to maintaining product quality, we closely monitor weather conditions throughout the year. In periods of unusually warm weather, where we believe there is an increased risk of products being affected during transit, we reserve the right to delay the dispatch of orders until conditions are more suitable. This helps us ensure that products arrive in the best possible condition and maintains the high standards our customers expect from us. We will communicate this to customers with as much notice as possible.
PACKAGING
Our products are frozen and we want to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. To maintain their temperature, rigorous testing is taken throughout the year to ensure packaging is performing as it should to keep everything frozen.
We also use dry ice contained within a sealed barrier bag. Please be careful when handling the dry ice bag (-80 degrees C). We advise wearing gloves. We also recommend leaving any remaining dry ice to evaporate in a well vented space before disposal. Do not put down sink and run water over the remaining blocks. Please handle with care and do not touch the dry ice directly as this can cause skin burns.
Please note, our dry ice sublimates during transit to cover everything with ice, and therefore the packets may not appear full on arrival.
DELIVERY
For all UK mainland addresses we use DPD on a next day service. All orders are tracked and we will supply tracking details on email. We do not deliver to Northern Ireland, Highlands and Islands, Isle of Man and Isle of Wight at present. Unfortunately we are also unable to deliver on weekends & bank holidays.
Our minimum order value is £30. A Delivery Charge will apply of £7.95 for deliveries in the UK (excluding Northern Ireland, Highlands and Islands, Isle of Wight and Isle of Man). FREE DELIVERY applies at all bundles and on all orders over £45.
If you experience any deliveries issues, please email us with your order number to hello@packd.co.uk for any damages please refer to our Refunds and Returns Policy.
