We will be taking a well-earned rest over the Christmas period. Our offices will be closed on 24th Dec and reopening on Thursday 2nd Jan. The Customer Experience inbox/ hello@packd.co.uk will only be monitored intermittently over this time so please be aware that you may not get a response, however we will come back to you as soon as possible.

Our last delivery before Christmas will be Friday 20th December and our first one back will be Friday 3rd January, however, please be aware that your delivery date will be subject to production capacity.
The Customer Experience team will do all they can to update you as to when you can expect your order, however, please bear in mind that there will be a high volume of enquiries the team will be dealing with when the offices reopen, but please be assured that they will update you ASAP :)
Pricing + Delivery Changes
As ever, PACK'D like to be fully transparent with our valued customers, therefore please see below around our upcoming pricing and Seasonal delivery change:
PRICING:
As of the week commencing 29th July, we have made the business decision to make the following changes:
Our minimum order value is moving from £25 to £30.
Delivery charge will now move from £6.95 to £7.95.
Free Delivery will move from £40 to £45.
The email sign up for new customers, will revert back to 10% not the current 25%.
Free delivery on bundles will remain for the moment.
DELIVERY:
CHANGE ONE: As of W/C 14th October we will be reducing our delivery days from four days to three days a week. From this date we will now deliver on a Tuesday, Wednesday or a Friday depending on when you place your order. Please scroll down 'Delivery' section to view.
CHANGE TWO: As of Tuesday 1st October, we will be reverting back to a standard NEXT DAY service for all deliveries, and no longer be upgrading to a premium pre-12 service.
This premium service was introduced over the Summer months with the warmer temperatures, and therefore we are reverting back to our Winter month delivery service.

We have such an exciting range of Products, from Fruit and Vegetables to Goodness Bowls and our fabulous Smoothie Kits. You can find lots of information on the Product pages, however, if you have any questions that aren't answered in the product pages or below, do contact the Customer Experience team at hello@packd.co.uk and they will be happy to answer your questions or give you advice before you place your order.
We source from a number of farms in Europe and South America. We do not disclose exactly where for a number of reasons, mainly around availability and seasonality however as we are certified by the Soil Association if we state we're Organic* we can prove we have sourced sustainably and our products are 100% Organic.
As we're sure you can understand too, we can't always be as transparent as we'd like to protect ourselves from competition.
*Please note, currently our Avocado, Dates, Bananas and all Smoothie Kits are not Organic.
Yes, all our products are suitable for vegans and vegetarians.
All our fruit, except Dates** and Avocado are Organic.
All our Vegetables are Organic.
All our premade Smoothie Kits are not Organic.

The majority of our smoothies, fruit and vegetables do not include allergens.

Yes! Our Acai and Passionfruit are sold in frozen puree form and therefore if you pop that into a bowl, you will just find they defrosts into puree, not the whole fruit.
We have listened to (our valued!!) customer's feedback and returned to the pellet/ball format rather than the two large blocks of two.
Therefore the back of packaging will slightly differ until we have this updated.

Add approximately 2OOml of water, coconut water, fruit juice or plant milk to your blender.
Add your fruit and veg pouch and superfood sachet and blend to your desired consistency.
Your Superfood Blend sachets are likely to appear a little wet on arrival, but don't worry, these will soon dry out. These can be stored in a kitchen cupboard or shelf.

SUBSCRIPTION ORDERS:
Please note: If you are making changes to subscriptions, subscription orders should be set for the day you would like the order charged for, all subscription orders are packed on the same day they are charged at approx 05:00. For example:
Deliveries wanted on a:
Tuesday, should be changed to a Thurs, Fri, Sat, Sun or Mon charge date to be packed on Monday for a delivery on Tuesday.
Wednesday, should be changed to a Tuesday charge date to be packed on Tuesday for a delivery on Wednesday.
Thursday, should be changed to a Wednesday charge date to be packed on Wednesday for a delivery on Thursday.
Friday, should be changed to a Thursday charge date to be packed and dispatched on Thursday for a Friday delivery.

Yes! This is £30.00. There are many reasons that we made the business decision to add a minimum spend to our orders. The main reason is due to being a sustainable company and by charging the minimum spend, we can be sure that there are fewer smaller orders which can lead to unnecessary packaging and carbon footprint. £30.00 worth of products is a reasonable amount of products to package and ship out.
I'm afraid we cannot waive this Minimum spend. This is automatically applied on the system.
Unfortunately not no. When the order has been confirmed we have no way of amending your order on the system.

At this stage we are unable to offer delivery dates to customers, outside of the delivery schedule set out in our Delivery Information page or in Delivery below.
Once your order has been confirmed, it isn't possible to change the date of your order.

So long as your order hasn't been picked, packed and ready for dispatch we will be able to change your address. Please contact the Customer Experience team at hello@packd.co.uk (Mon- Fri 09:00 to 17:00) with your order number and the correct address.
We'd love to say yes 100%, however in some cases this may not be possible.
If you contact the Customer Experience team at hello@packd.co.uk as soon as you've placed your order then yes it would be possible to cancel.
However, if you're looking to cancel when your order is in Production and/or is ready for dispatch to our courier it won't be possible. If our Customer Experience could, we would but unfortunately it isn't always possible.
For subscription orders we do send reminder emails three days ahead of the order being raised, and therefore please contact the team then if you are unable to take receipt of your order on the upcoming delivery date selected by you.
From time to time PACK'D will offer products on discounts, should you subscribe to a product whilst it is on discount, your subscription will change to the normal price once the discount period is over.
Subscriptions

Subscription orders are automatically charged for and packed on the same day, for a delivery the following day, ie orders wanted on a:

We are unable to deliver to all of Northern Ireland, the Highland and Islands of Scotland.
Unfortunately we are also not able to deliver to the Isle of Wight or Isle of Man due to the frozen nature of our product, and those locations requiring a two day service.

We are aware that some customers have some issues when making changes to their subscriptions, and this can be down to the choice in device or browsers when makeing the changes.

Your discount is automatically applied to the prices on your subscription.
On most occassions our Customer Experience team will be able to contact you with notice if an item looks to be going out of stock, or is out of stock. If there is enough time, the team will contact you and offer you a substitution.
If we are unable to provide notice, and you don't receive an OOS product the team will be in touch to either offer you a refund or send you out a replacement.

The current refer a friend scheme ended on Monday 30th September at 12 noon, and we honoured codes until 31st October 2024.

Currently we aim to deliver on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday or a Friday depending on when you have placed your order. As a guide, orders placed Thursday to Sunday are delivered on Tuesday*, orders placed on a Monday will be delivered on Wednesday*, orders placed on Tuesday will be delivered on Thursday*, orders placed on Wednesday will be delivered on a Friday*.

Once your order is packed and out for dispatch, you will receive a notification from our third-party courier. Our current courier arranges the logistics based on drops to numerous postcodes in their areas and will then notify you of your estimated delivery time slot the morning of your delivery. This will be anywhere between 8am and 8pm based on their standard delivery.
Your order will be packed using dry ice and insulated packaging to keep everything frozen.
We charge £7.95 for all UK mainland orders over £30.
Orders over £45 qualify for free delivery.
Our bundles are also exempt of a delivery charge.
Exclusions apply to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Islands, Isle of Wight and Isle of Man where we are unable to deliver at this time.
Unfortunately, we are only able to ship within and to the UK mainland at this time.
Excluding the Highlands and Islands of Scotland, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Isle of Wight.
The team are working hard behind the scenes to get our lovely products further afield.
It is always recommended to place your order to arrive on a day when you know you will be at home to take receipt of the delivery and get your frozen PACK'D goodies straight into the freezer. Our courier will notify you on the morning of the delivery an estimated time slot they will attempt to make delivery to you.
If you cannot be home at the time in order to maintain their temperature, orders are packed using 100% recyclable paper pulp liners. We also use dry ice contained within a sealed barrier bag. This will protect the product and keep it cold for a few hours but not indefinitely, especially in warm sunny weather.
NB: Please be careful when handling the dry ice bag (-80 degrees C). We advise wearing gloves. We also recommend leaving any remaining dry ice to evaporate in a well vented space before disposal. Please handle with care and do not touch the dry ice directly as this can cause skin burns.

Please also be aware, if you cannot be at home at the time of your order we can't be held liable for deliveries going missing or being defrosted, should this happen please contact the Customer Experience team who will evaluate your case and resolve accordingly.
We'd love to be able to say yes, however due to courier and fulfillment closures we are unable to deliver over Bank Holidays. All changes to delivery schedules will be announced on the website announcement bar on the homepage. Packaging
Our main aim is to ensure that our products are stored in the best way possible as well as being as environmentally friendly as possible.

We have quite a few different bits of packaging, but in the main YES! We have gone to extra lengths to make sure as much of our packaging is kerbside recyclable as possible.
All of our fruit has been packed into 'recycle at home'/ kerbside recyclable bags or FSC approved cardboard boxes.
Our vegetables have also been put into ‘recycle at home’ paper bags. This means no single use plastic, nor having to take to larger supermarkets to recycle. Just pop it in with your paper at home!
Our 4 pack smoothie range is packed into carboard boxes and the internal paper sachets are recyclable at home with paper too. For the smoothie fruit pouches, this plastic is widely recyclable and can be taken to large supermarket stores to be recycled. We are working on getting this into paper!
Finally the boxes and liners you receive with your delivery… this is all now 100% recyclable at home! Our new 100% paper liners can be recycled at home alongside the cardboard box outercase.
Fruit + Vegetable Paper bags:
We are governed by the OPRL and our packaging has been signed off for kerbside recycling.
Goodness bowls: Please wash and dispose of in kerbside recycling.
Smoothie fruit bags: We are working had to find a recyclable alternative, however at the moment this should be disposed of in your kitchen waste bin.
Superfood sachets: Recyclable
Cardboard box: Please flatpack and dispose of in kerbside recycling.
Insulated paper lining: Please dispose of in kerbside recycling.
Dry-Ice packets: We would advise wearing gloves when handling, and recommend leaving any remaining dry ice to evaporate in a well vented space before disposal in kitchen waste bin.
Returns
Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds unless they are damaged. If any of your products arrive damaged in any way upon receipt, please email us at hello@packd.co.uk
Please send an image of the damaged product along with your order number and a few details about the problem. If the products are faulty through no fault of your own, we will happily replace or refund the affected item/s.
