A delicious, simple and nutritious breakfast, packed with vitamins and antioxidants to kick start your morning. We’ve used PACK’D Organic Açai and Blackberries, but you could use any fruits you fancy.

- 600g coconut yoghurt
- 1 cup granola (115g)
- 50g PACK’D Organic Acai
- 1 1/4 cup PACK’D Organic Blackberries (185g)
- Add frozen fruit to your blender with a drizzle of water (or allow the berries to defrost a little first). Blitz until smooth.
- Layer granola, coconut yoghurt and fruit compote in glasses and serve. Option to sweeten with a little maple if you prefer.
