Banana Teething Biscuits
When your little one is teething, the last thing you want to worry about is what's in their snacks. These homemade teething biscuits are made with just six wholesome ingredients — no additives, no nasties, just real food you can feel good about.
PACK'D Organic Banana does the hard work here, naturally sweetening and binding the dough without any added sugar. Made with blended oats and a touch of cinnamon, they bake up firm enough to soothe sore gums whilst staying gentle on tiny teeth. Batch-cook a tray and pop the extras in the freezer — they'll keep for up to two months, ready whenever you need them.

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 175°C / 155°C fan and line a baking sheet with parchment.
In a food processor (or high-speed blender), blend the oats into a very fine powder.
Add banana, coconut oil, vanilla, cinnamon and baking powder and purée until the mixture comes together to form a dough.
If the dough is very sticky to handle, oil your hands. Divide the dough into 15 balls. Pat out each ball into a little baton about 2 inches long and 1 inch wide, and about 1/4 inch thick. Round the edges of each baton with your fingers so there are no sharp edges.
Place the teething biscuits on the baking sheet with space in between. Bake at 175°C / 155°C fan for 15 minutes.
Flip and cook for another 5 minutes, or until the edges are golden and the middle is set but not too crunchy.
Allow to cool to firm up.
Store in an airtight container at room temperature, in the refrigerator, or the freezer.
