Ingredients
- 145g PACK'D Organic Blackberries, slightly thawed
- 250ml almond milk or milk of choice
- 6 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 tbsp yoghurt
- 1 tbsp maple or to taste (optional)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract

To serve
- 2 tbsp pistachios, roasted and chopped

Instructions
Whisk together the blackberries, milk, yoghurt, chia seeds, maple and vanilla.
Cover and refrigerate overnight or for at least 2 hours.
The following day, blend this entire mixture in a high speed blender on high until smooth and creamy.
Divide into 2 jars.
Top with pistachios and optional more blackberries, and refrigerate for 30 mins.
