Introducing our Vegan Stripy Ice Cream – a fun, fruity, and feel-good treat that’s perfect for kids (and big kids too)!

Bursting with the natural sweetness of frozen summer berries and tropical fruits, each colourful layer is swirled with creamy coconut for a deliciously smooth treat. Made without any nasties – no dairy, no artificial additives, just pure plant-powered goodness – it’s a refreshing way to cool down on a sunny day and a treat parents can feel good about. Naturally vibrant, naturally tasty, and 100% vegan.

Ingredients

Tropical Ginger

    • 600g PACK’D frozen Organic Tropical fruit (2 cups)
    • 120ml coconut cream
    • 1 tbsp MCT oil
    • 1 tbsp ginger juice or 2 tsp grated ginger
    • 1 tbsp maple

Berry and Lime

    • 600g PACK’D frozen Organic Summer Berries
    • 120ml coconut cream
    • 1 tbsp MCT oil
    • 1 tsp lime juice
    • 1 tbsp maple

Method

In a high speed blender, combine all the ingredients for the tropical ginger.

Blend on high using the tamper or stopping to scrape down the sides periodically until thick and creamy.

Transfer to a bowl and repeat for the berry and lime flavour.

Eat a dollop of each immediately as soft serve. Or dollop several scoops into a ice cream tin, freeze for 2 - 3 hours or until set and scoop able.

Note - You can leave in the freezer overnight until it sets solid and just allow it to come to room temp to make scoop able.

Can be refrozen and thawed as needed but best from fresh.
