Ingredients
- 300g plant based yoghurt
- 300g PACK’D organic Frozen Summer berries
- 6 - 9 tbsp granola
- 1 Fresh banana, sliced
- 2 tbsp flaked almonds, toasted
- Maple to taste
Method
Add the berries to a non stick pan. Option to add 1 tsp water if needed. Cook on a low / medium heat for 4 - 5 mins until thick. Allow to cool or place in the fridge to cool faster.
Layer yoghurt, granola and Summer berries in your jars and top with banana, flaked almonds and a drizzle of maple.
