PACK'D Black Bean Salad with Creamy Avocado Dressing

This thick and creamy gut health boosting dressing will take any salad to the next level. Loaded with healthy fats from our PACK'D Ripe and Chopped Avocado and probiotics using plant based yoghurt, it’s a no brainer. You can add any veggies to this salad we’ve opted for our PACK'D Super Sweet Sweetcorn, tomatoes, red onion and black beans but you can add anything you fancy. This would go very well with roasted PACK'D Organic Chopped Sweet Potatoes

  • Serves: 4
  • Overall time: 20 minutes




  • 1/2 pack of PACK'D Ripe and Chopped Avocado
  • 2.5 heaped tablespoons of plant based yoghurt  
  • ½ - 1 lime juiced depending on how zingy you like it  
  • 1 tsp salt 
  • 1 tsp garlic powder 
  • 3-5 TBSP plant based milk depending on how thick your yoghurt is 


  1. Defrost our PACK'D Avocado – Simply leave this out in a plate for 30 minutes or if pressed for time pop plate over a bowl or pan of hot water and allow the steam to heat stirring avos occasionally. 
  2. Chop all your salad ingredients 
  3. In a blender or food processor add your dressing ingredients and blend till smooth 
  4. Adjust taste to suit you  
  5. Pour over your salad, mix and enjoy
