HOW TO USE

All our organic veg is prepared ready for cooking. 

Organic Spinach 

Blend from frozen.

Boil from frozen: Place in a saucepan of boiling water. Simmer for 1-2 minutes. Drain and serve.

Sauté from frozen: Place in pan or wok and sauté for 4 mins on a high heat. Ensure food is cooked until piping hot.

Season to taste.

Organic Sweet Potato 

Blend from frozen.

Oven cook from Frozen: 220°C/ Fan 200°C/Gas 7 16-20 mins. Place on a lightly oiled baking tray in the centre of a pre-heated oven for 16-20 minutes. Turn halfway through cooking. Ensure food is cooked until piping hot.

Season to taste

Organic Cauli Rice 

Blend from frozen.

Sauté from frozen: Place in pan or wok and sauté for 4 mins on a high heat. Ensure food is cooked until piping hot.

Season to taste.

Organic Petit Pois

Boil from frozen: Place in a saucepan of boiling water. Simmer for 2 minutes. Drain and serve. Ensure food is cooked until piping hot.

Season to taste.

Organic Sweetcorn 

Boil from frozen: Place in a saucepan of boiling water. Simmer for 2 minutes. Drain and serve. Ensure food is cooked until piping hot.
