1. Eligibility

Open to UK residents aged 18+ only. Employees of the Promoter, their immediate families, or anyone professionally connected with the promotion are excluded.
One (1) entry per person. Duplicate, bulk or automated entries will be disqualified.

2. How to Enter

Entry is only via the official QR sign-up form during the Promotion Period.
Promotion Period: from 00:00 (UK time) on 19 January 2026 to 23:59 (UK time) on 20 January 2026
No purchase necessary. Internet access and a valid email address are required.

3. Consent to Marketing and Contact

By submitting the form:

You consent to receive PACK'Ds newsletter and promotional communications via email.
You consent to be contacted by PACK'D for the administration of this competition (e.g., winner notifications, prize fulfilment).
You can withdraw marketing consent at any time via the unsubscribe link in email contacting hello@packd.co.uk. Withdrawing marketing consent will not affect your participation in the competition.

4. Data Protection

The Promoter is the data controller of personal data collected for this promotion.
Personal data provided (e.g., name, email, phone if applicable) will be processed to administer your entry, select and notify winners, fulfil prizes, and where you have consented send marketing communications.
Legal bases: consent for marketing; legitimate interests/contract for running the promotion and prize fulfilment; and legal obligation for any regulatory or tax requirements.
Data will be retained only as long as necessary for these purposes. Marketing data will be retained until you withdraw consent or until it is no longer needed.
We will not sell your data. We may share it with trusted service providers (e.g., email platforms, prize couriers) acting under our instructions. International transfers (if any) will have appropriate safeguards.
You have rights under UK data protection law (access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability, and to withdraw consent). You can exercise these by contacting hello@packd.co.uk You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the ICO (ico.org.uk).

5. Prize & Winner Selection

Prize: One of 3 x £100 Airbnb vouchers
Winners selection: By random selection conducted within 7 days of the Promotion Period ending.
Winners will be contacted via email and must respond within 48 hours. If a winner does not respond in time, the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to a reserve.
Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative is available except at the Promoter’s discretion.

6. Moderation & Disqualification

The Promoter may refuse, remove, or disqualify entries that are incomplete, inaccurate, offensive, infringe third-party rights, or breach these terms. The Promoter’s decision is final.

7. Liability

The Promoter is not responsible for entries lost, delayed, misdirected, corrupted, or unavailable due to network, system, hardware, or software failures.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or other liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Changes & Cancellation

The Promoter may amend, suspend, or cancel the promotion with reasonable notice if circumstances beyond its control make this unavoidable and will do so in a way that does not unfairly disadvantage entrants.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
