I ordered a variety pack to try thinking that some of the packs wouldn’t be right for my kids but oh my gosh they love them all. We use the fruit in smoothies and they are so excited to pick a flavour each morning. The bananas are so sweet and give an almost caramel flavour. The strawberries made an epic strawberry soft serve like smoothie. Will be purchasing again for sure 🙌🏻 they come well packaged and we’re still frozen in the heatwave. I love that everything is organic. Defo recommend

Very happy with the customer service. When I first received my order, the box was very battered, the stuffing had come out of all the packing material and two of the packs of fruit were missing. I assumed that the delivery company were to blame. When I contacted Pakd customer services they sent a replacement bundle at no extra charge. This is great customer service. It has made me want to carry on using Pakd for my frozen organic fruit and veg in future. Once I finish all the different items, I will order more of my favourites. So far, I really like the cherries - sweet and flavoursome. I have referred my sister and I know that she will order in future too.

Such a versatile product. We use it as a direct replacement for traditional rice with Indian dishes but more recent we love it sauted in garlic then add cooked buttered organic onions along with cooked Packd petit pois. All mixed together it makes a great bed for an organic burger to rest on. Zero carbs too and incredibly tasty. Highly recommended

After speaking to customer service I finally got the product delivered (almost two weeks late) and at least two of the different flavours made me violently, violently ill, bang on three hours after consuming them, despite there being nothing I am known to be allergic to in them. I had to throw the lot out - waste of money!

What a fantastic brand Pack'd is - from the product to the customer service. I have always bought fresh berries/fruit and wanted to try frozen for my morning smoothie. Im 100% a convert! The smell and flavour are incredible (especially the raspberries which im obsessed with), the quality of the product and the absolutely fantastic customer care team who are always on hand to help out with questions. I had one delivery issue (not Pack'd fault) but it was immediately dealt with. They always go over and above! Lastly, I wasnt expecting to enjoy just eating the berries defrosted as a sweet treat but again im converted.
