4 Ingredient Flax Pudding

This is how we #SNACKWITHPACKD. Looking for a nutritious pudding option for breakfast, post gym or for that afternoon slump? This one is super simple, full of fibre, omegas and easy to make! Organic Fruit make great dessert additions especially when all the chopping and dicing has already been done for you. You could even make this the night before too. We've used our PACKD Organic Chopped Strawberries but you could use any fruit you like. We've even made a few organic fruit blends to save you time.   • 4 tbsp Flaxseed
  • 6 tbsp plant milk of your choice (Oat or coconut would result in a more creamy base)
  • A dash of maple syrup
  • A handful of our PACK'D Organic Chopped Strawberries
  • A spoonful of yoghurt to serve with it


  1. Mix all three ingredients well in a dessert pot or short glass
  2. Level it out and leave to set at room temperature for 40-50 minutes
  3. Once set, add your Strawberry pieces and a spoonful of yoghurt
  4. Grab a spoon and enjoy!
