Blueberry Iced Matcha Latte
There's something so satisfying about a drink that looks this good and tastes even better! Elevate your Matcha Latte's this summer, with a homemade blueberry syrup, made with PACK'D Organic Frozen Blueberries. Picked and frozen at their peak, they break down quickly in the pan and hold onto the colour and nutrients that fresh berries lose sitting in a fruit bowl. No washing, no hulling, no half-punnet going soft in the fridge. Just swirl into your beverage and enjoy.

Method
Sift the matcha powder using a fine mesh strainer, removing any clumps. Whisk the sifted matcha and hot water together in a small bowl until smooth and well combined using a matcha whisk.
Add frozen blueberries, honey and water to a small pan and simmer for 10 minutes until thick. Allow to cool and press through a muslin cloth or fine mesh strainer to produce a thick syrup.
Assemble the blueberry matcha latte by pouring the blueberry syrup into a tall glass, then top with ice. Pour the milk over the syrup and top slowly with the matcha then swirl!
