What a fantastic brand Pack'd is - from the product to the customer service. I have always bought fresh berries/fruit and wanted to try frozen for my morning smoothie. Im 100% a convert! The smell and flavour are incredible (especially the raspberries which im obsessed with), the quality of the product and the absolutely fantastic customer care team who are always on hand to help out with questions. I had one delivery issue (not Pack'd fault) but it was immediately dealt with. They always go over and above! Lastly, I wasnt expecting to enjoy just eating the berries defrosted as a sweet treat but again im converted.

The Raspberries are lovely but about 20% of the Raspberries break up into fragments which is not the best w.hen you want to eat them whole rather than make smoothies. Still Raspberries granules over plain yoghurt does look pretty and they still tast nice E

Absolutely delicious, I pour an amount into a dish and leave them overnight to use at breakfast. They're super tasty and retain their shape. I've also used them in desserts, chia pudding or silken tofu dessert etc I no longer look for organic raspberries since too often when I've bought expensive organic raspberries I discover that they quickly have mould growing.

One of my absolute fav little blighters, good size bag and packaging and price, the flavour is cosmic, reminds me of picking raspberries on my great uncles farm as a kid in summertime. So easy to use, would like to see bigger family sized bags. Delivery can sometimes be an issue, often arriving thawed out, but have been super friendly and helpful with replacements. Would like to see different delivery speed options at time of checkout.
