HOW TO USE

Boil from frozen: Place in a saucepan of boiling water. Simmer for 1-2 minutes. Drain and serve.

Sauté from frozen: Place in pan or wok and sauté for 4 mins on a high heat. Ensure food is cooked until piping hot.

For smoothies blend from frozen.

Season to taste.

We really enjoyed the organic spinach and particularly liked that this is presented chopped - in the past we've have bought frozen spinach which is cubed. The chopped spinach can easily be poured into smoothies or curries etc. In common with the other products it's excellent to be able to purchase organic products and not to have waste, we've tried to source organic fruit and veg locally but this has proved to be very difficult and often when we've bought fresh it hasn't remained in good condition therefore it's wasted. On balance we now prefer to buy frozen fruit and veg knowing that it's worth paying extra for organic because there won't be any waste.

Such an easy way to use this veg..normally I have trouble with quantity as there's only me eats it in this house, but this is fantastic way to buy. Add it to anything, or on its own, the small chop makes anything possible. Will plan to have this in freezer, always.
